Nigerian youngster Ifeoluwa Olowoporoku has taken a significant step towards a move to Europe after impressing during a 10-day training spell with Swedish giants IFK Göteborg.

The talented Triple 44 Academy prospect caught the eye of the club’s coaching staff and underlined his quality by providing an assist for the U-21 side in a midweek fixture against Ljungskile.
“I’m grateful for this opportunity. Training with a club like IFK Göteborg has been a great experience, and I’m determined to keep working hard and prove myself,” Olowoporoku said.
The promising youngster is expected to complete a permanent move to the Swedish side once he turns 18, with an official announcement anticipated next month.
