USA-based Nigerian professional wrestler, Isaac Odugbesan (aka Oba Femi) has turned his attention towards next month’s ‘King In The Ring’ final, after he defeated Dominik Mysterio this past weekend.

Sports247 reports that ‘The Ruler’ scaled through the semi-finals against all odds on the latest episode of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Raw, as he survived a fierce gang up and tricky scheme to get him disqualified.
Oba Femi kept his cool and stayed focused to pull off a quickfire win that saw him advance to the final after just over four minutes of his bout with Dominik.
He executed a superb back suplex toss, which was followed by a ‘Fall From Grace’ move to secure the win that was gained despite interference from rivals in Dominik’s ‘Judgment Day’ stable, led by JD McDonagh.
Dominik’s stablemate attempted to interfere with a steel chair and a hammer to get Femi disqualified, but the Nigerian grappler fended off the attacks and delivered a double chokeslam to both of his double-teaming antagonists, as he emerged unscathed.
He then took the microphone to call out his main rival and last week’s conqueror, Brock Lesnar, who he is now 1-1 with on head-to-head wins, even as he hyped himself as the next ‘King of the Ring’ in WWE’s main event.
Oba Femi, who competed as an athlete in shot out as an undergraduate at University of Lagos before moving to USA, where he turned to wrestling in college, roared: “One more match and ‘The Ruler’ will have his crown.”
