Inside Trump's packed MetLife suite for World Cup final: FIFA boss and Spain's prime minister cozy up to US president and family

President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania are in attendance at the 2026 World Cup final match at MetLife Stadium. 

Trump and his wife were spotted in a suite at the stadium in New Jersey on Sunday afternoon ahead of the highly anticipated game between Spain and Argentina. 

They were seen cozying up to big names, including FIFA President Gianni Infantino, Canada’s Prime Minister Mark Carney, and Mexico’s President Claudia Sheinbaum. 

Trump also shook hands with Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez as Infantino stood beside them. 

Spain’s Queen Letizia and King Felipe VI also greeted the president. 

The commander in chief also waved at the crowd from behind the glass. 

Inside the private suite, Infantino posed for pictures with the president’s son, Eric Trump, his wife, Laura, and their children. 

Two-time Grammy winner Jennifer Hudson took the stage ahead of the game, singing an emotional rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner.
