Tennis star Emma Raducanu has reunited with Andrew Richardson, the coach who guided her to the 2021 US Open title, in a surprise move ahead of Wimbledon.
Following a split from Francisco Roig and a two-month lay-off, she aims to regain her previous form by returning to the mentor behind her greatest success.

The move is seen as a return to basics to recapture the aggressive, early-hitting style of her 2021 triumph
After struggling with form and injuries, including a post-viral illness that caused her to miss recent clay-court tournaments, she is looking for stability before the grass-court season
“Grateful to have reconnected with someone who has known me for over a decade now and looking forward to building together one iteration at a time,” Raducanu said in a statement confirming the reunion.
