NNL Super-4: Organisers, Sponsors Announce N5,000 Cash Reward For Early Fans At Match Venue

Officials of Nigeria National League (NNL) and their major investor, Toptier Sports Management have announced a cash reward of N5,000 for each of the first 200 fans to arrive at the venue during this year’s Super-4 at Remo Stars Stadium, Ikenne.

Sports247 reports that the gesture is part of a vibrant fan engagement package that also includes a raffle draw, which will unfold for each of the three match days during the competition that holds from Monday, May 4th to Friday, May 8th.

An updated programme schedule for the competition featurung four newly promoted clubs also revealed that some of the matches will hold under floodlights, as kick-off for the first game of each of the three days is 4pm.

The competition features all four clubs that were recently promoted from the second-tier NNL to the top-flight Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL), with the overall champions across the lower division’s four conferences to be decided on Friday and a prize of N10m to the bargain.

The highly anticipated competition will commence with an opening match between former top-flight side, Sporting Lagos and returnee traditional outfit, Ranchers Bees of Kaduna, followed by Inter Lagos versus Doma United of Gombe, who have also previously played in the NPFL.

A press release by the organisers revealed, “As part of its fan-engagement drive, the NNL has announced a daily raffle: the first 200 fans to arrive at the stadium on each matchday will receive ₦5,000 cash gifts.

“The fan reward adds to what is already shaping up as the most exciting NNL Super Four yet. With live football, prize money for clubs, and now cash incentives for supporters, the league and Toptier Sports Management are delivering on their promise of a true football fiesta.
