Matchday 9 of the Femmco Football Championship 2026 delivered thrilling quarter-final action across the U-10 and U-13 categories, alongside exciting fixtures in the U-15 division, as teams battled for semi-final spots at the NUD Playing Ground, Olose.

In the U-10 quarter-finals, Young Gunners secured a comfortable 2-0 victory over Solace FA, with Basit Isiaq and Onifade Fikayo finding the back of the net. Apakose FSA advanced after a tense goalless draw against Mico FC, eventually triumphing 4-2 on penalties.
Dominion Star edged Okeola Concord 2-1 in a closely contested encounter, with Idowu Muhaz and Olayiwola Mumi on target, while Jolaoso Afeez scored for Concord.
The standout performance of the round came from Fortune FC, who delivered a remarkable 8-0 demolition of HTT Academy. Faizor Adetola and Lateef Wasiu both grabbed hat-tricks, while Oyeniran Michael and Olanrewaju Abdullah added to the rout in a dominant attacking display.
In the U-13 category, Fortune FC continued their impressive form with a commanding 7-0 victory over Topmost FA. Quadr Akanbi led the charge with four goals, supported by strikes from Lot Heritage, Odesola Odunayo, and Ibrahim Abdrosheed. Sharp Striker progressed via penalties after a goalless draw against Striker FC, winning 3-2 in the shootout.
Okeola Concord also booked their place in the semi-finals with a 2-0 win over Musty FA, courtesy of goals from Olumide Yerima and an own goal by Umar Anas. Meanwhile, Ultimate FC secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Femmco FC to advance.
In the U-15 division, OCFC defeated Topmost FA 4-2 in an entertaining contest. Goals from Fuwad Adeyemi, Suliamon Badmus, Adelusi Emmanuel, and Yerima Olumide sealed the win, while Austin Okpin and Sola Akinbami responded for Topmost FA.
With the semi-final lineup now taking shape, the championship continues to showcase emerging talents and intense competition, setting the stage for even more exciting encounters in the next round.
