Manchester United are monitoring Real Madrid midfielder and France international Aurélien Tchouaméni, according to The Telegraph (via Get Football News France).
The Red Devils are planning a midfield revamp to prepare for Casemiro’s exit. The Brazil international has already announced he will leave Old Trafford this summer upon the expiry of the four-year contract he signed back in 2022.
The report understands that Tchouaméni features prominently on the Red Devils’ shortlist of candidates to replace the former Real Madrid midfielder.

The Girondins de Bordeaux Academy graduate has joined Los Merengues in 2022 over a €100m deal. Tchouaméni has signed a six-year contract, which means he is contracted until 2028.
The Telegraph adds that any move for Tchouaméni could depend on Real Madrid signing a midfielder this summer, with Tchouaméni’s potential sale financing such a deal.
Earlier this month, it has been reported that Real Madrid were open to selling Eduardo Camavinga.
The France international certainly did little to change his club’s stance following his very avoidable dismissal against FC Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals.
