Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen has showered praise on Michael Olise, insisting the 24-year-old winger possesses all the quality needed to contend for the Ballon d’Or in the future.
The France international has established himself as a vital creative spark in Munich since his arrival, drawing high praise from the club’s executive leadership.

Speaking on the winger’s sky-high potential, Dreesen emphasized that with the right team framework around him, no individual prize is out of reach for the Frenchman.
“There is no need to discuss whether Michael is a gifted footballer — he most certainly is,” Dreesen stated. “If someone asked me today whether he would win the Ballon d’Or one day, my answer would always be: I don’t see why not. Of course, he also needs a team that functions well around him. He has that here with us, and he appreciates it.”

Addressing Olise’s long-term future at the Allianz Arena, Dreesen made it clear that Bayern intend to keep hold of their star man for as long as possible.
“We want Michael to play for us for as long as possible. When the time is right, we will discuss the future with him,” he added.
