Brazilian football legend Ronaldo has expressed high praise for tennis World No. 1 Jannik Sinner, stating in an interview with SuperTennis that he holds “incredible sympathy and admiration” for the Italian star.
Ronaldo, who admitted that he actually follows tennis more than football these days, highlighted Sinner as a leading light during a golden era for Italian tennis, contrasting it with the current struggles of Italian football.

The Brazilian icon also noted that he hopes to watch one of Sinner’s matches live in the near future.
“I am in love with tennis. I follow tennis more than football,” he told SuperTennis in an interview.
“It is a difficult period for Italian football, but we hope it will change quickly. Tennis, on the other hand, is going through a wonderful period. Many Italian champions are succeeding, notably Jannik Sinner.
