Sports247 reports that the product of Taye Football Academy of Owerri, who started his career abroad with Columbus Crew of USA, on loan from Manchester City of England, has rediscovered his lethal form in front of goal.
‘Seniorman Kelz,’ who has also previously played for Leicester City and Middlesbrough of England as well as Sevilla of Spain and Celtic of Scotland, was again on song over the past weekend, as he continues his majestic surge in Turkey.
Iheanacho’s latest goal came in a 2-2 draw with Esenler Erokspor, as he hit target in the 16th minute for his ninth goal in seven Super Lig games since arriving this summer in the city of Bursa.
His goals have helped Bursaspor climb to the top of the table with 16 points, level with Batman Petrolspor, but ahead on goals difference, heading into this weekend’s clash between both sides.
That would be a stern test of Iheanacho’s credentials, but the 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup gold medalist and most valuable player appears up to the task, based on his current lethal form thus far in The Land of The Ottoman.
