Nigerian international Kparobo Arierhi has officially completed a loan move to Norwegian side Sogndal, joining from Lillestrøm until the end of the 2026 season.
The talented striker will continue his campaign in the OBOS-ligaen, Norway’s second tier, where he will be hoping to gain valuable playing time and make a strong impact for the club.
Arierhi arrives at Sogndal with the opportunity to take on a new challenge and further his development in Norwegian football. The move also gives the Nigerian forward a fresh platform to demonstrate his qualities in front of goal.
The young attacker will be looking to settle quickly into his new surroundings, build chemistry with his teammates and contribute goals as Sogndal push for their targets for the remainder of the campaign.
Speaking after completing the move, Arierhi said:
“I’m looking forward to this new challenge. I’ve come here to work, compete and help the team achieve its objectives. I know there will be expectations, but that motivates me. I want to give the supporters something to celebrate and make the most of every opportunity I get.”
The loan move represents another important chapter in Arierhi’s growing career and provides him with an opportunity to continue developing his game in Norway.
With the season entering a crucial phase, Sogndal will hope the Nigerian forward can bring fresh energy and attacking quality to their squad.
For Arierhi, the mission is clear: make an immediate impact, score important goals and return to Lillestrøm stronger.
