Jarrod Bowen message

Danny Dyer has confirmed that West Ham United captain Jarrod Bowen is currently set to remain at the club this summer, despite their relegation from the Premier League.

The England forward, who was omitted from Thomas Tuchel’s World Cup squad, has been heavily linked with a summer transfer to Chelsea in recent months, but he is now expected to stay at West Ham in the Championship.

“He’s a very great, loyal man,” Dyer told eSPORTY when asked about Bowen’s future at West Ham.

“First and foremost, he is my family, the father of my grandchildren, of course. It’s been tough for him. He does deserve Champions League football and whatever decision he makes, or made, I would have supported him.

“I don’t think he’s going anywhere, and I think he will rip up the Championship, don’t you worry yourself about that.”

Trevoh Chalobah deal agreed

Como are ready to sign Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah and a meeting has been scheduled to finalise the transfer, according to reports in Italy.

The England international has been earmarked as a key summer target by Como boss Cesc Fabregas and after lengthy negotiations, they look set to beat Serie A rivals Inter Milan to his signature ahead of the 2026-27 season.

Inter were previously considered to be the frontrunners to sign Chalobah, but Como have emerged as his most likely destination in recent days and they are now ready to close the deal, as per Italian transfer reporter Gianluca Di Marzio.

It’s reported that Como have reached an agreement with Chelsea on a transfer fee and a meeting has been planned for all parties to finalise the transfer shortly, with Chalobah keen to join Fabregas’ side ahead of their first ever season in the Champions League.

Mohamed Salah truth

Clubs in Saudi Arabia remain in pole position to sign Mohamed Salah despite rumoured interest from Chelsea, according to TEAMtalk.

The Egypt international has left Liverpool upon the expiration of his contract and reports have suggested that Chelsea are keen to bring him back to Stamford Bridge following his failed previous spell at the club.

However, Xabi Alonso’s side aren’t in talks over a deal and a move to the Saudi Pro League reportedly remains Salah’s most likely next step.

Manu Kone talks

Chelsea have held initial talks with AS Roma over a possible summer deal for Manchester United target Manu Kone, as per a report from Italian publication Corriere della Sera (via Sport Witness).

Chelsea are currently locked in negotiations with Roma over a deal for Alejandro Garnacho, with the Serie A side eager to sign the winger this summer, and initial talks have also taken place regarding Kone’s potential availability.

The 25-year-old has been heavily linked with a summer transfer and it has been claimed that a bid worth €50 million will be enough to secure his signature as Roma look to raise funds through a major player sale.

Maxence Lacroix update

Chelsea remain firmly in the race to sign Crystal Palace defender Maxence Lacroix and talks are expected to accelerate over the coming weeks, according to Fabrizio Romano.

He told his YouTube channel: “I mentioned Maxence Lacroix at the end of June and he remains on Chelsea’s shortlist. Chelsea are still working behind the scenes on a deal.

“He is one of the most appreciated centre-backs on their list. Contacts have already taken place with the club and with the player’s representatives.

“Chelsea remain very keen on Lacroix. They want to sign one centre-back, possibly two depending on departures, and Lacroix remains one of the top names they are considering.”
