Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister stressed that Iran “will never request negotiations with the United States.,” state TV IRIB quoted him as saying.
“Talking about international law during wartime is a #joke,” Kazem Gharibabadi said. “U.S. can’t come teach us about international law!”
He added that while Oman shared the Strait of Hormuz, it is “wartime now, and for national security reasons Iran must control all of the Strait”.
