Two of the NFL reporters who have covered Travis Kelce’s entire career – and are also two of Taylor Swift’s trusted friends – have arrived in New York ahead of the happy couple’s wedding.
Fox NFL sideline reporter Erin Andrews made her way to the Big Apple for the pop culture wedding of the decade set to be held at Madison Square Garden this Friday.
The longtime sports broadcaster was spotted at a rehearsal dinner being held at the Infosys Theater directly attached to ‘The World’s Most Famous Arena.’
Andrews is part of the happy couple’s contingent and is attending alongside her husband, former NHL star and Stanley Cup champion Jarret Stoll.
Her podcast co-host Charissa Thompson, also one of Fox’s most prominent NFL reporters, was also there, looking stunning in a silver dress alongside her boyfriend, businessman Steven Cundari. And if it hadn’t been for the pair of them, there might not be a wedding this week at all.
In the ‘love story’ of Travis and Taylor, Andrews played a key role at the beginning when she and podcast co-host Charissa Thompson advocated for Swift to give Kelce a chance.

Now, Swift is set to marry fiancee and the Chiefs star at Madison Square Garden this week
‘Taylor, please try our friend Travis,’ Andrews said on an episode of her ‘Calm Down’ podcast prior to the couple dating. ‘He is fantastic.’
The two couples have even gone on vacation together in the past – where Swift and Kelce were joined by Thompson, Andrews and the latter pair’s husbands on a snowy trip to Montana.
Andrews recalled her role in the story in an appearance on ‘Today’ in October 2023 – about one month after the couple were first spotted together.
‘Travis had gone to the ‘Eras Tour.’ I guess he wanted to meet her — he made a bracelet with his phone number on it. Cute!’ she said.
‘They didn’t meet up. He made a plea on his podcast that he’d like to meet her. So I saw it, I’m a huge fan of his, (I) work with him.’
Since then, Andrews has become even more acquainted with the couple as their relationship has only grown stronger.
Andrews reflected on their relationship in an interview with E! after Swift made her debut on her soon-to-be-husband’s ‘New Heights’ podcast.
‘That’s what was so cool about everyone getting to see them on the podcast together,’ the longtime broadcaster explained to the outlet.
‘That’s what we get to see with them together – the way they interact, how cute, funny, witty they both are, how they’re sarcastic.’

The ceremony is set to bring increased security in and around Madison Square Garden
As for the engagement announcement itself, Andrews said, ‘I feel like everything was really on display there.’
‘And that’s what I thought was so special and really cool that she gave others an invitation to see that.’
The wedding will shut down multiple blocks of midtown Manhattan around Madison Square Garden in a similar manner to when the New York Knicks were in the NBA Finals this year.
But before then, there’s the rehearsal dinner set to be attended by immediate family and close friends.
As the Daily Mail previously reported, the dress code for the rehearsal dinner is ‘cocktail attire’, a source said.
It is not known exactly who every member of his celebration party was, other than his brother also being there.
