Arsenal are being linked with moves for both Bradley Barcola and Morgan Rogers this summer, as Mikel Arteta looks to strengthen his squad following their Premier League title triumph
Arsenal could yet sign £200million worth of talent this summer, which would see Josh Kroenke keep a promise he made to supporters. The Gunners may be in the middle of their summer break, but work will be going on behind the scenes as the transfer window rolls on.
A host of players have already been linked with moves to Arsenal this summer, and that speculation is only likely to ramp up as the weeks go on, with sporting director Andrea Berta set for a busy few months.
Two players who have been linked with moves to Arsenal are Bradley Barcola and Morgan Rogers. Both players have been credited as potential targets for the Gunners, but have also been mentioned as being of interest to other clubs, too.
As reported by football.london on Thursday, Arsenal do have an interest in signing Barcola this summer, as they look to strengthen their wide forward options.
Liverpool have also been credited with an interest in Barcola, with the future of the Paris Saint-Germain star still up in the air.
Rogers is also a player of interest to Arsenal, although Aston Villa may be reluctant to let one of their star players leave after securing Champions League qualification and winning the Europa League.
The CIES Football Observatory have stated that Barcola’s current market value stands at around £75million this summer.
Rogers is valued at up to £126million, meaning there is a chance that Arsenal could need to spend £200million to bring both players to the Emirates.
If Arsenal were to sign both Rogers and Barcola, it would keep in line with a promise that Kroenke made towards the end of last season.

Stan and Josh Kroenke, Arsenal’s owner and co-chairman, promised that the club would not be “standing still” regardless of how the end of the campaign fared.
