More than 30 Israeli attacks were reported across southern Lebanon, including air strikes near the coastal city of Tyre and artillery shelling in several border towns.
Strikes were reported in Al-Mansouri, while shelling also targeted Qlailah, Hanine and Majdal Zoun. Further east in the Nabatieh region, additional strikes and artillery fire were reported in Yohmor and Arnoun.
The attacks continued despite an extended ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon, with no indication that military operations are slowing.
Israeli evacuation warnings in southern Lebanon have also triggered a growing displacement crisis, with thousands of civilians reportedly fleeing north toward Beirut.
Traffic congestion was reported on roads linking Sidon to Beirut as residents sought to escape the bombardment.
