Nigeria’s female youth national team, Falconets’ coach, Moses Aduku has declared emphatically that he has worked on his tactics ahead of this Saturday’s first leg clash with Malawi in the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifiers.
Sports247 reports that the Falconets relocated on Sunday to Ikenne, Ogun State, where the match will take place at Remo Stars Stadium, ahead of which Aduku said has was satisfied with the three-week camping programme they had Abuja.

Aduku stated specifically that the camping period in Abuja saw his players display the best of discipline, resilience and relentless effort, as they all gave their biggest efforts during the team’s rigorous build-up to attain peak fitness and tactical stability.
The former youth international enthused that all his players are ready for the task ahead and expressed a strong conviction that they will give their very best, having shown huge determination throughout the camping period.
He also stated confidence in the team’s ability to deliver, adding. “We have worked extensively on our tactics, fitness and team cohesion. I am optimistic about our readiness and confident that the players will rise to the occasion.”
Sports247 reports further that the Falconets, who have qualified for all editions of the Female Youth Mundial since it was launched as an U19 tournament in Canada 24 years ago, aim to be at this year’s finals in Poland from 5th-26th of September.
