Ikorodu City edged past Box 2 Box FC 5–3 on penalties following a goalless draw in regulation time.

Goalkeeper Derrick Julu proved decisive, converting his spot-kick and making key saves during the shootout to send his side into the final.

G12 FC continued their fairytale run in the competition by overcoming Vinod FA in the other semi-final. The surprise package had earlier stunned defending champions Inter Lagos in the Round of 16, underlining their credentials ahead of the final.

Both Ikorodu City and G12 have now automatically qualified to represent Lagos State at the national President Federation Cup, regardless of the outcome of the final.

In the women’s category, debutants Ghetto Tigers FC will face 14 time champions Robo Queens in what promises to be a gripping finale.

Ghetto Tigers booked their place after a thrilling 3–2 victory over Dreamstar Ladies.

They showed resilience in a back-and-forth encounter, with a brace from their standout forward proving decisive after both sides exchanged goals in a dramatic contest.

Robo Queens, meanwhile, maintained their dominance with a 2–0 win over Unification Ladies in the semi-final.

The reigning champions have been in formidable form throughout the tournament, including a commanding 4–1 victory over the Asisat Oshoala Academy in the quarter-finals.

The stage is now set for an exciting conclusion, with Ikorodu City and G12 battling for men’s glory, while Ghetto Tigers aim to upset the experienced Robo Queens in the women’s final.
