Fans turned out in massive numbers, chanting, dancing, and parading through major parts of the city in a carnival-like atmosphere that underlined the significance of the achievement.
The celebrations followed confirmation that the Kaduna-based side secured promotion for the 2026/2027 NPFL season, ending nearly two decades away from the top flight.
The club also shared an emotional message on social media, appreciating the unwavering support of their fanbase.
“There’s no honey without bee . To all our fans that turned up today, we are nothing without you . We are the pride and you are the Kaduna #upbees,” the statement read.
The promotion marks a historic milestone for Ranchers Bees, who last featured in Nigeria’s top division over 18 years ago.
Their resurgence has sparked renewed excitement among football lovers in Kaduna, a city with deep-rooted passion for the game.
Attention now shifts to the upcoming Nigeria National League (NNL) Super 4 playoff, where Ranchers Bees will battle for the overall league champions title against Sporting Lagos, Inter Lagos, and Doma United.
The playoff, scheduled to take place at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, from the first weekend in May as the winner of the round robin League format will be crowned the overall champion of the 2025/2026 NNL season.
For now, however, it is celebration time in Kaduna, a city proudly reunited with top-flight football.
