The Geelong Oil Refinery is an oil refinery owned and operated by Viva Energy in Corio, near Geelong in Victoria, Australia.
The refinery was opened by Shell Australia in 1954. Royal Dutch Shell announced the sale of the refinery as part of a broader divestment of its Australian downstream assets to Vitol in 2014. Viva Energy subsequently began operating the Geelong refinery.
