Damian Lillard Leads Trail Blazers to Third Straight Road Win as Portland Beat Jazz 112-90

Damian Lillard continued his impressive start to the 2026-27 NBA season as the Portland Trail Blazers cruised to a 112-90 victory over the Utah Jazz, extending their winning streak on the road to three games.

The veteran guard finished with 22 points, five rebounds and four assists, adding two steals and three three-pointers in a performance that helped Portland take another important step forward. The victory also improved the Trail Blazers’ record to 4-1, giving them one of the more encouraging starts to the new campaign.

Portland’s success was not just about Lillard’s scoring. The Trail Blazers were particularly impressive defensively, holding Utah to just 90 points and making life difficult for the home side throughout the contest.

The Jazz, meanwhile, struggled to find answers and suffered another defeat, falling to 1-5. Their difficult opening stretch is becoming a concern, especially with the team still searching for consistency at both ends of the court.

For Portland, however, there is plenty to be encouraged by. Lillard is already making his presence felt, and three consecutive road victories suggest the Trail Blazers are building some early momentum.
