Tom Brady may be arguably the greatest NFL quarterback of all-time, but in the booth it appears he can rack up more than his fair share of mistakes.
On Sunday he continued to struggle to get to grips with the rules of live television, with yet another curse word slipping out to leave his Fox Sports colleagues stunned.
The now-viral moment occurred during a pregame segment and was watched by millions at home, with Brady and Drew Brees pitted against each other for a family-friendly quiz.
It didn’t take long for Brady to turn the airwaves blue though, blurting out ‘Oh s***’ when he inadvertently got the answer to one question incorrect.
The No 1 analyst, who is in the third year of a $375 million contract with the network, immediately appeared to catch himself and put his hand to his mouth, before he was bailed out by host Curt Menefee.
When the camera cut to the in-studio team, Michael Strahan and Terry Bradshaw were both howling with laughter, while Howie Long tried to compose himself.

It was left to Menefee to address the elephant in the room, as he noted: ‘We let you get away with one, by the way Tom. We heard you. That’s okay, alright.’
Strahan then chimed in with: ‘Live TV! You know it’s live!’ and Menefee shot back: ‘He’s learning, he’s learning.’
It is not the first time this season that Brady has slipped up with a curse word live on air, with the New England Patriots legend dropping the same ‘oh s***’ midgame back on September 20.
The previous outburst came during a replay of Jayden Daniels’ elbow injury, before he added: ‘Excuse me. I was not expecting to see that.’
His reaction actually got a very positive reaction from fans, who praised Brady for being real and not hiding his emotions despite the huge national TV audience.
Earlier this month there was also a third potential cursing incident, though it is not clear exactly whether Brady did drop the F-bomb.

The alleged curse came during the Eagles-Giants showdown, but the audio was inconclusive and fans couldn’t work out exactly what had happened.
The moment occurred when Brady was waxing lyrical about Jalen Hurts’ movement, and noted: ‘Whenever I watch him play, it’s like the D-line’s almost there to get him, and then, nope, he just squirts away.’
He then appeared to start saying ‘and they can’t f***ing…’ before catching himself and changing tack.
Brady has not addressed the potential mistake, and he has not been disciplined by Fox for any of his previous slip-ups live on air.
