The cause of death for wrestling icon PAC has been revealed, weeks after the former All Elite Wrestling (AEW) star was found ‘slumped’ inside a rental car.
The 40-year-old British star, real name Benjamin Satterley, passed away on September 27 in Des Plaines, Illinois.
A spokesperson for the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that investigators determined Satterley died from bronchial asthma, according to The California Post.
The manner of his death was officially ruled natural, bringing clarity after weeks of speculation following the athlete’s tragic passing.
Satterley was discovered unresponsive in the driver’s seat of a rental vehicle outside a CAVA restaurant at around 4pm
Emergency dispatch audio recorded first responders describing the situation as a ‘slumped in a car,’ with a 911 caller reporting that he appeared passed out.
