Euromatch NPFL: Biffo Lauds Officiating Standards In Ikorodu City’s Win Against Kwara United

Nigeria U-20 assistant coach Abdullahi Biffo has expressed delight with the current standard of officiating in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), while calling for continued revitalization across other critical areas of the domestic game.

His remarks came in the wake of Ikorodu City’s impressive 2-0 victory over Kwara United, prompting him to urge league organizers not to relent in their ongoing rebuilding efforts.

Biffo, who watched the Matchday 8 clash from the stands at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, commended the performance of both squads and praised the match officials for maintaining a high and professional standard throughout the encounter.

“It is a gradual process of improvement in the league, and we are getting there slowly with time,” Biffo noted.

“It was a difficult match for both sides, only that Ikorodu City had the edge over Kwara United with the goal margin to complement their efforts,” he concluded.
