Travis Kelce had the last laugh after being taunted with a brutal sign about his wife, Taylor Swift, as the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.
The Chiefs prevailed 30-27 in a thrilling game at Allegiant Stadium, the scene of Kelce’s third Super Bowl win which he celebrated with his future wife in February 2024.
This time, Swift was not in attendance as Kelce and the Chiefs fought to a big win in a battle between two unbeaten AFC West teams.
But her presence was still felt in Las Vegas, as Raiders fan Joshua Jacopetti was filmed walking through the stands holding a sign featuring pictures of Kelce and Swift’s faces and reading: ‘Scores 6s on and off the field’.
While the sign was a brutal taunt at Swift’s looks, the fan had to watch Kelce and his team celebrating a big win that condemned the Raiders to their first loss of the season.
Kelce had two catches for 15 yards as running back Kenneth Walker led the way on the ground to go into the bye week at 4-0.

Head coach Andy Reid said: ‘We were able to kind of clean up some things from the first half, a little bit better second half.
‘Offensively, it was great to see Walker have another big day at a crucial time. The big, long run that he had. He was productive the whole day. Thornton, again, had a big day along with Patrick, couple of TD throws.
‘All in all, it’s a good day. You come away with this one, hard-fought battle against a good football team, you take those.
‘You’re back and you get ready for another one. Got a bye week coming up here, so it’s important our guys handle that. We’ve got a good Chargers football team we’ve got to be ready for, and I know the guys are ready for that and how that goes.’
Kelce had a relatively quiet night personally but has been a crucial part of the Chiefs’ strong start to the season.
Now in his 14th season in the NFL, he married Swift during the offseason and reflected on their wedding as the ‘best night of his life’ during training camp.
Kelce said: ‘It was a fun offseason, man, wedding was the best night of my life and I appreciate everyone who came out and celebrated and had fun with us.
‘That’s about all I really got from that night. It was a crazy night. It was full of a lot of celebration. But it’s football, baby.

‘MSG, man. You know, I always told myself I’d go for a playoff game when the Knicks were rocking. Then my wife went when I was stuck in minicamp, so I didn’t get my opportunity to go then.
‘So it’s kind of cool to be able to live out my childhood dream of being in that venue, the Mecca of all sports venues, being able to get married in there.
‘I can’t thank the owners of MSG for allowing us to get the opportunity to do that, knowing we wanted a private event and everything, so it was perfect. And the AC was perfect, man, that’s the best part.’
