Phoenix Suns forward Dillon Brooks has been charged with driving under the influence, according to TMZ.
Scottsdale, Arizona prosecutors have filed a criminal complaint against Brooks for a misdemeanor DUI charge following his arrest back in March. The Daily Mail has sought confirmation from the department.
The Toronto-area native was pulled over in Scottsdale at around 1am on March 6 for traffic violations before being placed under arrest. Police claim he was driving 85mph in a 45mph zone before being pulled over.
The 30-year-old was released from custody at approximately 3:30am after reportedly being respectful and cooperative with police.
His arrest came just eight months after he filed for a new restraining order against the mother of his two children.
Brooks does not have an attorney listed for the DUI case. The Daily Mail has sought comment from his player agency, Klutch Sports.

The charges come days after the Suns held media day ahead of the 2026-27 NBA season.
Phoenix barley made the playoffs last spring after finishing seventh out west. The Suns were promptly swept in the first round of the NBA Playoffs by the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Although the Suns were underwhelming, Brooks had his best season offensively, averaging a career-high 20.2 points a game while making 84.2 percent of his free-throw attempts.

The Suns will open their regular season on October 21 in Portland when they take on the Trail Blazers before their home opener against the visiting Golden State Warriors on October 24.
