A US State Department official told Reuters on Tuesday that the talks between Israel and Lebanon in Rome were productive and are set to continue on Wednesday.
“Talks in Rome by representatives from the United States, Israel, and Lebanon were productive and held in a positive atmosphere,” a US state department official said, adding that “both sides are eager to move forward”.
