Citing a Bushehr official, Iran’s IRNA news agency reported that a military site on the outskirts of Bushehr province was hit by a US-Israeli projectile, adding that the explosion sound in the city was caused by the air defence response.
The government broadcasting agency also denied earlier indications of explosions in Bandar Abbas previously reported by Iran’s Mehr news agency.
