Israeli settlers attacked the village of Yerza, east of Tubas in the occupied West Bank, on Friday, injuring seven Palestinians, the Palestinian news agency Wafa reported.
The report said the settlers stormed the village and assaulted residents who had returned to inspect their homes after being forced to leave them several months earlier.
Seven people suffered bruises, according to the report. Two were taken to hospital for treatment, while Israeli forces prevented the remaining injured from being transferred for medical care.
Separately, a Palestinian was shot in the thigh during clashes with Israeli forces in the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem, the agency reported.
