Viktor Gyokeres and Piero Hincapie will return to Arsenal later in July after their respective elimination from the World Cup
Arsenal’s players are now dropping out of the World Cup at a rate of knots. Kai Havertz was the first of 15 players making it through to the knockout rounds of the tournament, with none of Mikel Arteta’s squad dropping out in the group stage.
Germany’s defeat to Paraguay was not forecast, and Havertz will rejoin his Arsenal teammates in North London at an earlier date. However, he’ll also be joined by two more colleagues.
Piero Hincapie was sent off at the end of Ecuador’s defeat to Mexico, covering his mouth and earning the same fate as Miguel Almiron.

Viktor Gyokeres was sent packing by William Saliba and France after Les Bleus put three goals past Sweden without reply. It looks like the young defender will indeed be going far in the tournament based on the form of his side this summer.
