Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called for strengthening Israel’s military autonomy and lessen their reliance on the US.
“I want independence in terms of arms,” he declared during a meeting Thursday with a group of reserve officers in the occupied West Bank.
“We need our own autonomous weapons system. We must manufacture our own weapons.”
