Iran's Baghaei says text of Memorandum of Understanding has officially been signed by Iran and US

The text of the agreement between the United States and Iran has been officially signed by the presidents of both sides, Iran state media reported early on Thursday, citing foreign ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei.
