Joseph’s progress was most evident in the women’s 400 metres, where she shattered the 51-second barrier for the first time in her career, clocking a personal best of 50.97 seconds.

She also recorded a lifetime best of 22.94 seconds in the 200 metres, demonstrating her versatility across the sprint events.

During the indoor season, the Nigerian continued her impressive form by posting a personal best of 23.11 seconds in the 200 metres, a performance that placed her 10th on the African all-time list.

She also etched her name into Tennessee history by setting a new school record in the indoor 300 metres with a time of 37.01 seconds.

Joseph was equally influential in relay competition, helping Tennessee record 3:24.96 in the women’s 4x400m relay, the second-fastest performance in the program’s history at the time.

The highlight of her season came at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, where she contributed to Tennessee’s bronze-medal finish in the women’s 4x400m relay.

The quartet produced an outstanding time of 3:23.75, earning a podium finish and securing First Team All-American honors for its members.
