Fakorede, popularly known as “Fako,” played a vital role in Mississippi State Track & Field’s men’s 4x100m relay team, helping the Bulldogs secure a fifth-place finish in a highly competitive final with a time of 39.07 seconds.
Running the crucial opening leg, the Nigerian sprinter provided a strong start that positioned Mississippi State among the nation’s elite sprint relay programs.
