Chelsea have confirmed four players will be departing Stamford Bridge upon the expiration of their contracts later this month.
Academy players Jimi Tauriainen, Sam Rak-Sakyi, Richard Olise and Brodi Hughes will all leave the club as the Blues released their retained list on Wednesday morning. All four players see their contracts come to an end on June 30.
Tauriainen, who joined Chelsea in 2020, made his first-team debut in the FA Cup fifth-round tie against Leeds United in 2024 and then made a late cameo appearance in the Premier League against Tottenham at Stamford Bridge. However, the Blues have chosen not to extend the Finn’s contract at the club.
