Como manager, Cesc Fàbregas has confirmed his commitment to remain with the club.
Recall that the Spanish tactician recently led the club to a historic fourth-place finish in Serie A and qualification for the UEFA Champions League.
Despite speculation linking him to larger clubs like Chelsea, Fàbregas has expressed that his future is with Como, citing his happiness with the project and his desire to continue developing there.
In a chat with Sky Sport, Fabregas insisted that he has no intention of leaving the Italian club anytime soon.

“Future? We had a long meeting at 2pm with the president and the director,” Fabregas told Sky Sport.
“We have consolidated the idea; the vision is already on the next season. I am thrilled here; as you know, I am missing a step or two more, and I am learning a lot. We are creating a mentality.
“The growth of this club has been too fast; since we started it, it has been two and a half years that we have been pushing expectations,” he added.
“We are aware of what we are; we have a clear vision. A masterpiece, but from today we start to prepare for a tough and different season.”

He has been heavily involved in identifying talent, particularly bringing in young players and utilizing the scouting team to find talents like Nico Paz and Ramon from Real Madrid Castilla.
