Israeli military orders residents to flee nine Lebanese towns

The Israeli military issued new forced displacement orders for residents of nine towns and villages in southern Lebanon, only hours after Beirut and Israel agreed to extend their ceasefire for another 45 days.

The Israeli army warned civilians to leave immediately ahead of planned military action in Qaaqaaiyet al-Snoubar, Kawthariya al-Siyad, Al-Marwaniyah, Al-Ghassaniyah, Tefahta, Arzi, Al-Babliyah, Ansar and Al-Baysariyah.
