Hezbollah announced in a series of statements that it targeted Israeli aircrafts and drones in the skies over southern Lebanon with surface-to-air missiles.
The group also claimed attacks on Israeli forces in several areas south of the country.
The statements came amid reports of sirens activating in northern Israel, following what Israeli reports described as rocket fire from Lebanon at dawn.
