US Central Command (Centcom) said on Monday that no US warships have been hit after Iranian media reported earlier that they had struck an American vessel passing through the Strait of Hormuz with two missiles.
“US forces are supporting Project Freedom and enforcing the naval blockade on Iranian ports,” US Centcom wrote in a post to X.
