NFL fans were all left saying the same thing after footage of Dak Prescott arriving for Cowboys practice – just weeks after calling off his wedding – emerged this week.
Prescott and ex-fiancee Sarah Jane Ramos, both 32, dramatically broke up in March after hosting a joint bachelor-bachelorette party in the Bahamas – just weeks before they were due to get married in Lake Como, Italy.
The wedding was abruptly called off when Ramos reportedly found out that Prescott had been messaging other women from incognito social media accounts.
In the weeks that followed, Prescott officially confirmed his split from his ex-fiancee and filed a legal petition to protect the ‘safety and welfare’ of his daughters.
On Monday, the Dallas Cowboys star was spotted for the first time since the news broke, as he arrived for the team’s voluntary workouts ahead of the NFL season.
Though it was just a four-second clip, which showed the quarterback strolling into the Cowboys’ practice facility, it was enough to make an impression on fans.

It marked the first time that Prescott had been spotted since his split from Sarah Jane Ramos
In response to the video on X, one fan wrote: ‘My boy got a lil pep in his step this morning’.
‘That’s the confident walk of a newly single man,’ another user wrote online.
‘Bro look like he’s living life stress free! No more headaches, just ball,’ another said.
Prescott’s public sighting comes just two weeks after ex-fiancee Ramos boasted about her recent weight loss and flaunted her figure in a gym selfie.
Ramos shared a post-workout selfie in her figure-hugging blue gym gear.
She captioned the post: ‘I’ve been very glute focused with my workouts the past three weeks after losing some weight.’
‘It’s amazing how much progress you can make in a short period of time when you’re on your game and getting enough food,’ she continued.
It emerged earlier this week that Ramos and Prescott have had to put the tension between them to one side in order to avoid a courtroom feud regarding their two young children.

Ramos and Prescott, both 32, share two young daughters, Margaret and Aurora, and were scheduled to appear in court in Texas on Thursday in a fight over custody arrangements.
But they kept their troubles out of the courtroom after striking terms at the last minute on an informal temporary settlement agreement, Page Six has reported. And Ramos is said to be pleased that they can put their children first when they have to.
Ramos’ lawyer, Raymond Rafool, is quoted as saying: ‘Sarah Jane is very happy that she and Dak are able to make decisions for the parties’ girls and their family on their own.
‘She firmly believes that working together as parents is very important and will have long-term benefits for the girls. Sarah Jane continues to be dedicated to putting the girls’ best interests and lives first.’
The pair began dating in May 2023 and got engaged in October 2024, between the births of their children.
Prescott’s attorney has insisted that it was a mutual decision to call off their wedding, telling the publication previously: ‘Unfortunately, when well-known people go through something personal, speculation tends to run wild, and the truth is often swept to the side. People should stop inventing stories and respect their privacy.’
But their split was a huge surprise. In February, they attended the NFL Honors together in San Francisco during Super Bowl week and looked very much in love as they posed for pictures on the red carpet.

Days before the end of the relationship became public news, Ramos shared pictures from her bachelorette with the caption: ‘I truly believe you can get through anything in life as long as you have really great friends.’
They then soon sent a message out to their wedding guests explaining that they were not going to be getting married.
‘As many of you know, our wedding is currently scheduled to take place in Lake Como, Italy, on Friday April 10, 2026. It is with heavy hearts that we have made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding,’ the note, first reported by TMZ, said.
‘We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we welcome your prayers.’
