Influencer Morgan Riddle has seemingly confirmed her breakup with American tennis star Taylor Fritz after sending a savage dig at her former partner.
Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Riddle shared a series of photos including a bold ‘World’s Best Ex-Girlfriend’ t-shirt, signaling the end of their relationship.
The post, captioned with a simple ‘is this thing on?’, marks the first time Riddle has addressed the split following weeks of intense speculation in the tennis community.
As well as the picture of the savage t-shirt, Riddle’s dump also included pictures of boxes piled up inside an apartment and a selfie from a tearful afternoon, which all point to a break-up between the former tennis power couple.Â
Rumors of the breakup first surfaced on April 6 when social media accounts claimed Fritz had ‘dumped’ Riddle, though she initially attempted to laugh off the reports.
The Daily Mail were among the first to report on the split at the start of the month, before further reports emerged on Saturday afternoon, hours before her post.

The couple, who began dating in 2020, became a fixture of the ATP Tour, with Riddle credited for bringing a new audience to the sport through her viral ‘WAG’ content.Â
Friends and followers quickly flooded Riddle’s NYC-based post with support, with one user calling the split a ‘historic fumble’ by the US tennis star.
Fritz is currently sidelined from professional play with an undisclosed injury, while Riddle appears to be embracing her return to the city lifestyle.
At the start of the month, a source close to the couple confirmed their relationship status to the Daily Mail.
‘Morgan Riddle and her boyfriend broke up and she moved to New York City. It’s been at least a couple of months now that she’s been there. The split has been kept really quiet,’ the source exclusively shared.
The breakup news may come as a shock to fans who had fallen in love with the couple over the last six years of their relationship.
However, it would seem their conflicting work schedules and Riddle’s rising star power as a social media influencer and aspiring fashion icon may have played a role in their recent split.
