Como president Mirwan Suwarso says he won’t stand in the way of Cesc Fabregas if he decides to accept Chelsea managerial job.
Having sacked Liam Rosenior on Wednesday, the Blues are once again looking for another head coach, with Calum McFarlane placed in interim charge for the remainder of the season.
The Como coach has been mentioned as a candidate for the manager’s job at Chelsea after their dismissal of Liam Rosenior this week.
Speaking with City AM, Suwarso says Fabregas can leave this summer if he wants.

“If that makes him happy, that’s him,” Suwarso told City AM.
“You want your employees to stay with you for as long as possible but at the end of the day we don’t own him and he’s free to go to Chelsea if he wishes.
“Business is business, ideas are ideas.
“We have to see things in a way that makes sense, right? It’s common sense.”
