
Matchday 6 of the 2026 Femmco Football Championship delivered another thrilling round of youth football action, with standout performances across the U10, U13, and U15 categories at the NUD Playing Ground, Olose, Ifo.
In the U10 division, Young Gunners produced one of the most dominant displays of the day, cruising to a 3-0 victory over Sharp Striker.

Adekunle Noheem opened the scoring before goals from Olaoye Wasiu and Isaq Basit sealed a comfortable win. HTT Academy also impressed, defeating Ultimate FC 3-1. Ayeni Enoch got on the scoresheet, while Ibe Samson netted a brace to secure maximum points despite Francis David pulling one back for Ultimate FC.
The U13 category witnessed a mix of tight contests and emphatic wins. Topmost FA were ruthless in attack, thrashing Dominion Star 5-0 with Akinbami Sola grabbing a brace alongside goals from Akinbami Daniel, Jewoola Samuel, and Avoseh Saturday.
HTT Academy also showed attacking strength with a 4-1 victory over Solace FA, led by a brace from Orisanmi Fawas. Sharp Striker stunned Femmco FC with a commanding 4-1 win, as Chidindu Goodluck scored twice, supported by Anyawu Uzoama and Tijani Lateef.
Meanwhile, Apakose FSA edged Topmost FA 2-0 in a separate fixture, benefiting from an own goal and a strike from Ola Emmanuel. Femmco FC, however, responded with a narrow 1-0 win over HTT Academy thanks to Makinde Waris strike.
In the U15 category, Sharp Striker continued their fine form with a 2-1 victory over Great Star. Ekeh Smart was the hero with a brace, while Samuel Abolade’s penalty proved only a consolation for Great Star.
Overall, Matchday 6 highlighted the competitive spirit and growing quality of the tournament, with several teams strengthening their positions as the race intensifies.
