Andoni Iraola is set to leave his role as head coach of Bournemouth when his contract expires in three months, having declined multiple attempts by the club to negotiate a new deal.
The Spaniard informed his squad of his decision on Tuesday afternoon and will oversee the team for the remaining six matches of the season.
Bournemouth still have a slim chance of qualifying for European competition, boosted significantly by their 2–1 upset win over league leaders Arsenal at the Emirates on Saturday.
