Manchester City and Ivory Coast midfield legend Yaya Toure has praised Nigeria’s “Super Eagles” as the best-performing team in the recent Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco.

In an exclusive interview with Bleacher Report Football, the four-time African Footballer of the Year praised Nigeria’s attacking style, consistency, and overall high level of play. He highlighted the “Super Eagles'” impressive statistics in the tournament, noting that they scored 14 goals and conceded only 4 before losing to hosts Morocco on penalties in the semi-final. “Nigeria played fantastic football.
