The Nigeria Ladies Soccer League (NWFL) has confirmed new dates, venue, and fixtures for the 2025 NWFL Nationwide competitors.
The championship will now happen from 10 to 17 October 2025 on the Bwari Township Stadium, Abuja.
In an announcement on Wednesday, 1 October, the NWFL Chief Working Officer, Modupe Shabi, mentioned ten groups will compete, divided into two teams of 5. She described the Nationwide as an essential platform for brand spanking new golf equipment hoping to rise via the league system.
“The Nationwide competitors stays a significant stage for golf equipment throughout the nation to showcase their potential and develop via the league construction. We’re dedicated to creating it aggressive, clear, and profitable,” Shabi mentioned.
Groups will arrive on 10 October for a pre-match technical assembly, whereas matches will run on 11, 13, 14, 16, and 17 October. Relaxation days are scheduled for 12 and 15 October.
Highlighting the match’s function in growing ladies’s soccer, Shabi added that the highest two groups from every group will likely be promoted to the NWFL Championship.

Group A: Osklean FC (Rivers), Rangers Ladies FC (Enugu), Plateau Queens FC (Plateau), DreamStars Girls FC (Lagos), C2E Sports activities Academy (Abia).
Group B: Sporting Angels FC (Rivers), Alexander Queens FC (Enugu), Rosaria Victrix FC (Imo), NAF Queens FC (Abuja), Solo Wonders FC (Akwa Ibom).
