All the latest Man Utd transfer news in one place, including updates on Bremer, Adrien Truffert and Lewis Hall.
Chance to finally sign Bremer?
Juventus centre-back Bremer is once again facing an uncertain future, Gazzetta dello Sport reports.
The Brazil international was briefly linked with Man Utd in the spring because he wants to play at the highest level to establish himself as a starter in the Selecao. That means regularly featuring in the Champions League, which Juventus no longer do.
Despite his ambition, he stayed in Turin this summer, but it is a decision he is already regretting, with the Bianconeri once again in crisis. He could look to leave as early as January, and Juventus might be willing to cash in on him at the right price.
Defensive revolution planned
Man Utd want to overhaul their defensive department in 2027, according to The i Paper.
The club hierarchy accepts that making no signings for the backline was a mistake this summer and will look to rectify this. At least one centre-back is expected to arrive next year, while there will also be a left-back signing.
Man Utd are expected to revisit their deal for Newcastle star Lewis Hall, while Bournemouth defender Adrien Truffert is also on their radar. The latter is likely to leave the Cherries as he wants to take the next step in his career.
Sesko bombshell
Man Utd fear that Benjamin Sesko could miss up to four months of action, The Sun claims.
The Slovenia international has been sidelined for several weeks after suffering a setback in Man Utd’s Carabao Cup clash with Brighton. It was thought to be a recurrence of his previous shin injury, but the report claims that it is actually a separate issue.
There is now a concern that the striker may have already played his final game of 2026, although sources close to the player are optimistic that he will be fit again before February. Nevertheless, Man Utd could be forced to make an attacking signing in January.
Beljo competition
One potential January reinforcement could be Dinamo Zagreb striker Dion Beljo, but there is plenty of competition, Vecernji understands.
The Croatia international was recently linked with Man Utd in the wake of his rip-roaring start to the new season, which has seen him score 15 goals in as many games for Dinamo. His exploits have now also attracted the attention of Newcastle and AC Milan.
In the summer, Zagreb rebuffed a €20 million offer from Real Betis because it fell short of their €25m asking price. Given his form this season, it is likely that Beljo will be even more expensive now.
