After making the biggest catch of his young NFL career, the girlfriend of a New England Patriots wide receiver couldn’t control herself during the celebrations.
The Patriots scored a stunning upset over the AFC East-leading Buffalo Bills on Sunday with a 29-26 victory in Orchard Park.
Despite two early turnovers, Patriots quarterback Drake Maye tossed three touchdown passes to make the game interesting.
Even after the Bills took a fourth-quarter lead thanks to a pass from Josh Allen, the Patriots managed a miraculous score of their own.
Maye found second-year pass catcher Efton Chism III in the end zone for a miraculous one-handed touchdown with less than two minutes remaining.
While Chism celebrated, his girlfriend – Devynn Warns – lost her mind as she jumped up and down over the catch.

But while Warns lost her mind, she also lost control of her bladder. In a video showing her celebration, she was overheard screaming ‘I just peed myself!’
Warns’ accident wasn’t in vain as Chism’s catch proved to be the decisive score. On the final drive of the game, Allen would throw an interception to seal a Patriots win.
Chism is in his second year with the organization after being signed as an undrafted free agent out of Eastern Washington in 2025.
After a strong performance in 2025 training camp, Chism earned a roster spot and made his debut as a kick returner in Week 6 of that year. He ended the season with 75 receiving yards and a touchdown as well as 383 kick return yards.
This season, Chism has managed to carve out a role for himself amid a chaotic Pats receiver room. He has four catches on seven targets for 41 yards – including Sunday’s touchdown snag.
Patriots coach Mike Vrabel has even admitted Chism has earned more playing time due to his performances.
