It’s fair to say it was another very enjoyable night of Champions League action. When is it not? Let’s be real.
It was especially enjoyable if you are a Liverpool or Arsenal fan, as both of the Premier League sides started their European campaigns with a win.
The Reds made a superb comeback to dispatch Atletico Madrid at Anfield, with Alexis Mac Allister morphing into prime Steven Gerrard to score the winner. You simply must watch that back, cracker.
And Martin Odegaard seemed to do the same as he smashed in a stunner to secure Arsenal yet another 1-0 win. They just love them, don’t they?
