Myles Lewis-Skelly left Arsenal fans speculating about his future once more after scoring during Wednesday’s friendly with Como.
The Gunners won 4-3 on penalties after drawing 1-1 at the Emirates, which saw Lewis-Skelly break the deadlock on 33 minutes.
And as he ran away to celebrate, the 19-year-old wheeled away to a corner of the crowd before spinning to all sections with his hands up in prayer pose as if to apologise.
He followed that up before turning his hands into a love heart before being congratulated by his team-mates.
And after multiple embraces, he then repeatedly patted the Arsenal badge on his chest.
The actions left some Gunners fans confused about the context of it all, amid links to a move to Chelsea or Manchester United this summer.

‘He doesn’t need to apologise for nothing [sic]. Proper Hale End,’ wrote another Gunners fan.
Another commented: ‘He’s got nothing to apologise for….!’
As detailed by Daily Mail Sport on Tuesday, Lewis-Skelly has been offered to both Chelsea and Manchester United following the Gunners’ capture of Bruno Guimaraes.
The 19-year-old signed a new deal last year following his breakout season, but after limited minutes in Arsenal’s Premier League title-winning campaign, there is belief the champions may be willing to move the Hale End product on.
There has been fresh contact with both the Blues and United, among other Premier League clubs, who are assessing whether to make a move for the versatile player.
Lewis-Skelly’s minutes at Arsenal could be further limited in the upcoming season, with Guimaraes completing a £75million move from Newcastle last week.
Chelsea are understood to have long held an interest in Lewis-Skelly, but it is unclear whether they will put down an offer.
